Refund Policy

Effective date: 11 October 2026

This Policy explains when EdgarStack subscription payments may be refunded and how to request one.

1. Free Tier

The Free plan costs $0, so no refund applies. Free API keys expire after 14 days and cannot be extended. You may upgrade to the Hosted Pro plan at any time.

2. Hosted Pro Plan

7-day free trial

Your first Pro sign-up includes a 7-day trial at no charge. You may cancel during the trial; if you cancel before it ends, the paid subscription will not begin.

Refund window

After the trial, the Hosted Pro plan is $10.99 per month. You may request a full refund of your first paid charge within the first 7 days of paid access, no questions asked. After those 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your access remains active until then unless otherwise stated by the billing provider.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@edgarstack.com with the email address used for your subscription and a request for a refund. We process eligible requests within 5 business days through Lemon Squeezy. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refunded amount.
